Who we are!
B&I Engineering was established on 30th Jan, 2019 , B&I is official Exclusive Partner of World famous Pump manufacturing Company, Ms KSB Pumps, for the Central Region, Pakistan. Ms KSB is a German multinational manufacturer of Pumps, Valves with headquarters in Frankenthal (Pfalz) Germany.
The KSB Group has sales and marketing organisation, manufacturing facilities, and service operations on all continents. In Pakistan its Headquarter is located on Davis Road Lahore, while its manufacturing plant is established near Hasanabdal City.
B&I Engineering being Exclusive Partner are responsible for marketing and selling KSB Products in the designated Pakistan Central Region. It is also bound to offer installation and after services as well.

Technical Support
Our technical team support works 3 steps formula in which we offer pre-sales, during-sales and post-sales service to our customers.
Design Proposals, BOQ & Estimates
We develop designs and proposals, BOQs and propose estimates for our valued customers according to their requirements.
Installation Services
Our Technical team are well equipped and trained to install all types of Pumps and Motors. This ensures that Pumps are installed properly as per OEMs parameters
After Sales Service and Trouble Shooting
We also offer after sales services. This aspect of our Company enhances confidence level of the Customer
Operation and Maintenance Services
Due to skilful handling of the project, B&I was also entrusted by KSB to manage additional 400 WASA tube wells and 150 Disposal Station on their behalf
Turn Key Project
We also under take Turn Key Projects. This process includes Pre Sales Survey, Sales Process installation and overseeing the project during warranty period. DABS Afghanistan, City Housing Disposal Station was Turn Key Projects
Operations & Maintenance.
In September, 2019 B&I Engineering was presented with an opportunity to take responsibility of O&M outsourcing of 200 WASA Lahore tube wells. It was pilot project of WASA and novel idea. Due to skillful handling of the project, B&I was also entrusted by KSB to manage additional 400 WASA tube wells and 150 Disposal Station on their behalf. Over the period B&I Engineering has developed its human resource and its technical expertise. Currently Company boasts of employing over 150 Technical staff (Electrical & Mechanical), supported by well-equipped Workshop as well. The O&M management of Disposal Station gave opportunity to the Company to develop its own in house Human Resource to handle huge Capacity Pumps, Motors and Gen-sets.
Filtration Plant
At B&I we are experts in water treatment, water conditioning and seawater desalination. B&I pumps, valves and systems stand for technical progress and meet all recognized standards.
Tube-Wells
Whether in water supply or drainage, air conditioning or fire protection, B&I pumps and valves are employed in all types of buildings , such as offices, residential houses, tube-wells, hospitals or swimming pools.
Disposal Stations
The waste water pumps offered by B&I for waste water transport and waste water disposal applications ensure trouble-free operation at all times. Products from B&I make economic and energy-saving operation possible, even under extreme conditions.
Gensets
We have industry experts and consultants maintaining our Gensets and we offer these services to our customers.Our experts and Gensets maintenance consultants are available on call.

B&I Engineering was established on 30th Jan, 2019 by two enterprising entrepreneurs, namely Mr Imran Yousaf and Mr Arbab Bilal Ahmad. Both the founding Directors have diversified and impeccable background in the field of Sales Marketing.
